What I did

  1. Add brownie pm to the cli - allow installation of packages from Github or ethPM
  2. Allow projects to import from installed packages and specify dependencies with the config file
  3. Add pm fixture to access installed packages in test cases
  4. Temporarily remove brownie ethpm - once ethPM v3 is ready, full ethPM support will return but in a slightly different form.
  5. Allow the use of path remappings via the config file.
